Depression can leave you feeling hopeless and misunderstood.

If you are clinically depressed, loneliness and sadness can be overbearing.

Depression can involve overwhelming sadness, or sometimes apathy.


You might not care about anything when you're depressed, or you might have thoughts that you are a failure or have let others down.


When you are depressed, it might be difficult to speak to people or even get out of bed.

We will work gently, in a very person-centred manner, to explore your sadness, your triggers and the coping strategies that help you in times of depression.
